My passion for fitness started at the age of 29. In 2014, I completed in my first Obstacle Course Race. Since then I’ve competed in over 30 races and various competitions. It’s been a life changing experience. I wanted to be part of that life changing experience in others. I am a NASM certified trainer, I am also certified as a “Women’s Fitness Specialist”. In Florida I’ve continued working on various certifications and course expanded my knowledge base and experience. With personal training, I’ve felt I found my purposes. That is helping others lead healthier active lifestyles.
